The Romany, more commonly known as gypsies, have a rich tradition of music and dance. Often ecstatic, sometimes sorrowful, their dance is always heartfelt. Learn a short routine to the unique Karslima 9/8 rhythm incorporating traditional elements in a cooperative setting. Come prepared to learn authentic movements in this high-energy workshop

	Spanish Guitar Concert by Ron Medina When: September 20th Saturday Time:7p.m. Admission is Free Enjoy the beauty of Spanish Guitar that will bring joy to your ears and hearts. Visit us on the Occoquan River at My Bodyoga Spa for a truely inspiring concert. The concert should last about 1 hour and would be a nice treat to your evening out in Occoquan. This will be Ron's second appearance and will have a new album available for sale. A percentage of his proceeds go to serve orphanages around the world. Intro to Imagery Workshop Imagery can be considered an active form of meditation utilizing all of the senses to :heighten awareness, gain insights, strengthen mind-body connections, reduce stress and just take a fun break. THis 3 session workshop includes guided as well as emerging Imagery techniques. Summer Class-Saturdays August 9,16,23 1:00-3:00p.m. (2 hours per session) Workshop fee: $149.00 Ongoing Imagery Groups For participants who have completed the Intro to Imagery Workshop. These weekly sessions are an oppotunity to deepen and expand imagery skills as wellas integrate Imagery into your daily lives. Monday Nights starting October 6th 7:15p.m. and 8:15p.m. $25 per session or $129 for six sessions Instructor: Tony Di Francesco, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist who has been in private practice in Lake Ridge, Virginia since 1988. He was first introduced to Imagery techniques as an undergraduate at Seton Hall University. He was trained in Imagery techniques while a graduate student at Alliant University. For over 25 years he has used those techniques with patients of all ages as well as in his own daily meditation practice. The Make-up Workshop with Mrs.Virginia United States 2008 was such a lovely time.... Thanks Lisa....
