Hot Yoga is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room of about 95-100 degrees. This class will raise your temperature and promote profuse sweating and makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible. Bring a towel and your water! Yoga and Meditation: This class focuses on calming the nervous system, training the mind in concentration techniques, and dramatically reducing stress. With regular participation, students will learn how to draw in energy and lift their mood. Develop a deeper sense of awareness with approximately half of our time in postures exploring the anatomy of our bodies with our mind. The sequence is specially ordered and timed to produce maximum stress release. The posture portion will be adaptable to all levels of ability. The remaining time will include instruction on yoga pranayama (breathwork for cleansing and energy increase) and various meditation techniques. Yoga and Pilates Mix: Let the flow of yoga and core of pilates come together in a nice mix that compliments the art of pilates which focuses on the core muscles of strengthening. Yoga will balance the poses nicely. All levels welcome to this dynamic class. Yoga Foundations: Whenever you forget your mat for yoga class, your mat rental fees will always go 100% to breast cancer research. Gentle Yoga-Hatha, the foundation of all yoga. A 60 minute scientific system developed to revitalize the body and calm the mind. Yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation, work together to strengthen and purify the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, endocrine and nervous systems.
Yoga Foundations: Learn the 1-2-3's about yoga. We introduce a little bit of history and share about a variety of styles of yoga people practice. We introduce the importance of breathing and foundational poses that will carry you through your yoga journey. Also, offering alot of alignment support to keep you confident and safe in your poses. This class is really geared to prepare you for taking yoga classes. It usually is a great class to take once or twice for new students.
Restorative yoga-Looking for a class that allows you to spend more time in seated mat poses or resting on your back. Restore your energy and enjoy the opportunity to visit childs pose as often as you would like.
Level 1 YOGA- Nice graceful flow of gentle and level 1 combination. Finding the flow from foundational gentle yoga.
Vinyasa 2 Flow: Staying at the constant level 2 yoga postures and movements. Develop confidence and strength to take it to the next levels.
Vinyasa Mix (Level 1-2-3 ): This class can get creative. A class created to strengthen your physical body and teach the Art of Focus. A nice flowing mix of beginners to intermediate levels of yoga. Listening to your body and develop new ways to modify poses with every class. Positive and Uplifting. Let's step it up... in this class.
Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. It couples closely with Ashtanga style of practice yet without a specific series of poses. It will be dynamic, creative, and powerful. Emphasis ia on strength and flexibility.
YOGA FOR everyBODY: This class caters to the audience and all levels are introduced but with a very ground level experience. You can really take any pose to any level. Great for beginners and for students who have already have experience on the mat.

Mommie & baby YOGA: Come and enjoy some bonding time with your child in this fun interactive class of parent and child. Discover the laughter and joy of bonding with your child (ages 4 mos.-1 year) Let the music enter your soul and let your child explore the dynamics of yoga that can be carried into everyday life.
Going with the Flow-A class that focuses on the needs of the day. This class is fun and creative. You will have the opportunity to visit all types of yoga from restorative to power yoga. Your yoga instructor will give you options in a pose so you can take it slow or jump right into the challenge.
YOGA PROPS-A great class suited for everyBODY, including the pregnant mom, seniors, and physically challenged. All classes will have the opportunity for props, such as the chair, blocks, supports,and straps. The Art of Stretching and listening to your body will give you freedom and control. Learn to move safely in your body.
"Use of Props" refers to how often the instruction calls for the use of a block, wedges, strap, cushion, bolster, blanket, or theraband in performing postures. All props are provided by the studio. The best way to find out if a class is right for you is to take it.
Balancing Act-A 1 hour tummy toner/ Balancing poses to build coordination. Yoga postures and very focused breath work will help you achieve your goals to tighten that tummy. Breathing correctly will challenge weaker muscles due to shallow breathing, which most of us are in the habit of doing due to stress. Learn techniques you can carry into your daily living and strengthen your body with yoga core asanas.
Pre-Natal Yoga-A 1 hour gentle breath and movement class designed for the mom to be. Learn how to release tension from weight bearing joints and relax in your body. This class uses many props coupled with the chair. Learn to modify poses to care for your changing body. Experience the gift of movement, meditation and bliss.
Yoga for Chronic Pain-A therapeutic class to assist with Chronic pain challenges, such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, cervical, neck, back challenges, carpal tunnel and whatever the challenge may be. Assisting with therapeutic techniques, props, supports, and a chair to create a comfortable yet effective yoga class. Always check with your physician before making a commitment to class.
Yoga for Back Care: This class uses a variety of yoga modalities and exploration in movement to stretch, open and strengthen the entire core body. All levels, including beginners and those brand new to yoga are welcome.

YOGARTZ: A unique way to create an element of inner peace and a masterpieceon Canvas. Yogartz is an 4 week series. (90 minute classes)
A yoga series that involves a little yoga, classical music, meditation and painting with water-based acrylics on Canvas. The end of each yoga practice is used for painting on canvas.We will give you the opportunity to un-lock the creative expression within you by tapping into those inner thoughts through movement, music and meditation.
Pure Meditation-The simple act of focus, concentration, and reflection which will encourage a process of awareness. Integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit is essential in attaining well-being. Our Body, Mind, and Spirit are so gracefully woven as one, yet, can easily be so disconnected. Learn how to relax and experience a change in your parasympathetic nervous system. Dr. Jeffrey Thompson scientifically created music to elicit the relaxation response, that will be used during class.

Massage & Movement-Experience deeper stretches with the assistance of passive stretching and massage. Your yoga instructor is also a licensed and certified Massage Therapist and will focus on the anatomy of your movement. Her skill for assessing holding patterns in your postures and movement will give you the extra added benefit of adjusting your body into a healthier alignment. Massage will encourage circulation and encourage elimination of lactic acid build up in the muscle tissue. 1 hr. (Private sessions only)

Yogangels-For ages 3-5 and a parent(s) must accompany the child during this 45 minute playful yoga class. Great bonding time for parent and child. A playful story during the creative movement time will keep a little one's attention.
Yoganimals-For ages 6-9 with an energy to conserve. Learn valuable skills to relax the body and mind to focus. Build Coordination, strength, and increase flexibility. Kids will learn new games every class time and excercise with this 60 minute class.
Yogactors-For ages 10-13 who want to get a little serious with their yoga practice.
Calling for a little acting during our storytelling. Children learn to take the roll of their
most favorite yoga pose, such as turtle, pigeon, down dog, or swan. A 60 minute blast.
