Why Massage? Our bodies can absorb the memory of any physical or emotional trauma, daily wear and tear on our bodies, and daily emotional stressors in our lives.  Do you have certain nagging area(s) on your body that ache or have painful joints and muscles?  You just may be carrying around a Trigger Point.  Pain or discomfort is a simple way for your body to communicate a problem.  This is a part of  your muscle tissue that has become unhealthy, possibly due to any or all factors, such as, lack of blood flow, nerve impingements, muscle compensation, repetitious movement, or injury.  Muscle manipulation will restore blood flow, rid toxin (lactic acid) accumulation, increase oxygen flow,  encourage healthy muscle functioning, and allow the body to break chronic pain cycles.
